3. AI Tools, Prompts & Generated Outputs

Pace Audio offers AI-assisted creative tools including lyric generation, song concept writing, Spotify pitch assistance, artwork generation, music video concepts, and release planning. When you use these tools:

• Your text prompts and inputs are processed to generate a creative output
• Inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI APIs (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini) to generate responses — see Section 6 for details
• We do not use your prompts or generated outputs to train AI models without your explicit consent
• Generated outputs are stored to your personal project portal for your reference and are not shared with other users
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, stylistic inconsistencies, or unintended similarities to existing works
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated outputs before any commercial or public use
• Pace Audio does not guarantee the originality, copyright clearance, or commercial viability of any AI-generated output

4. Uploaded Files & User Content

Some tools allow you to upload files such as audio, images, lyrics, or documents. By uploading content to Pace Audio:

• You confirm you hold the necessary rights, licences, or permissions to upload and process that content
• Uploaded files may be temporarily processed through third-party cloud infrastructure to deliver the requested service
• We do not claim ownership of your original uploaded content
• Files are stored securely and are accessible only to you and authorised Pace Audio administrators
• We do not sell, share, or redistribute your uploaded content to any third party for their own commercial purposes
• You may request deletion of your uploaded content at any time by contacting us

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and content only for as long as necessary to:

• Provide and maintain your account and access to tools
• Fulfil our contractual obligations and process transactions
• Meet legal, regulatory, or tax obligations under Australian law
• Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
• Improve and maintain platform performance and security

When you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law. Generated project outputs saved to your portal are retained until you delete them or request account deletion.

6. Third-Party AI Processing

To deliver AI-powered features, some of your input data (including prompts, lyrics, and creative briefs) may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers. These may include:

• OpenAI (GPT models) — based in the United States
• Google (Gemini models, Imagen) — based in the United States
• Other AI API providers as required to deliver specific features

These providers operate under their own privacy policies and data processing terms. By using our AI tools, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border data transfer as necessary to provide the service. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers maintain appropriate data security standards. We do not transmit sensitive personal information such as payment details to AI providers.

7. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide access to Pace Audio services, AI tools, and creative features
• Process purchases, subscriptions, and membership payments via Stripe
• Manage your account and saved projects
• Respond to support requests and enquiries
• Send transactional emails such as receipts and account notifications

• Analyse platform usage to improve features and user experience
